These general terms and conditions govern purchases made in this online shop. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We recommend that you save or print them.

2. Scope
Sales are open to consumers and businesses with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and, where applicable, in the other countries offered at checkout. You must be of legal age to buy.
3. Products and prices
- The main features of each product are described on its page. Images are for illustration.
- Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order.
- For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply and are paid by the recipient.
- Promotional prices apply for the stated period or while stocks last.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.
4. Ordering process and conclusion of the contract
- Add products to the basket and click “Checkout”.
- Enter your contact details and delivery address, then choose delivery and payment.
- Review the summary, accept these terms and click “Confirm and pay”.
You can correct any details before confirming. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We keep an electronic copy of the order, available in your account. The contract can be concluded in Spanish, French, German, English or Portuguese.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed on the payment provider’s secure platform; we do not store card details. For bank transfers, the order is prepared on receipt of payment; if payment is not received within the stated period, the order may be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Delivery conditions, times and costs are set out on the delivery page. Benefit and risk pass to you when the product is handed over to you. If we cannot deliver an order within 30 days, you may terminate the contract and we will refund the amount paid.
7. Voluntary right of return
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases in Switzerland. We voluntarily grant you a right of return of 14 days from receipt. The return must be announced first via the contact form; the product must be complete, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. You pay the return costs unless the product is defective or wrong. Unsealed hygiene products and personalised products are excluded. 8. Warranty
New products carry a 2-year warranty from delivery under art. 197 et seq. and art. 210 CO. Defects must be reported to us without delay once discovered. We repair or replace the product free of charge; if neither is possible, we grant a price reduction or cancel the purchase. See the warranty page.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from use of a product contrary to its instructions, or for service interruptions caused by force majeure. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular for intent, gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
10. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). As a consumer you may bring proceedings at the courts of your place of domicile (art. 32 Swiss Civil Procedure Code). If you have a complaint, please write to us first and we will look for an amicable solution. You may also contact a consumer organisation, such as the Stiftung für Konsumentenschutz (SKS) in German-speaking Switzerland, the FRC in French-speaking Switzerland or the ACSI in Ticino.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies.
