ALPEN KAUF is an online shop based in Switzerland. We sell our own everyday products directly: bikes and accessories, large and small home appliances, toys, homeware and electronics.
Who sells to you
We are not a marketplace: you always buy from, are invoiced by and are looked after by ALPEN KAUF. All our details are in the legal notice.
Our commitments
- Clear prices: all prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including Swiss VAT, and delivery costs are shown before you pay.
- Secure payment: card payments are made on the payment provider’s encrypted platform; we never see or store your card details.
- 14-day voluntary returns: even though Swiss law does not require it, you can return products after receipt (see returns).
- 2-year warranty on all new products (see warranty).
- Order tracking: we email you at every step and you can follow the delivery from your account.
- Customer service in 5 languages: Spanish, French, German, English and Portuguese.
How we choose our products
Every product page lists the technical specifications, dimensions, weight and, where relevant, the energy class or recommended age. If something is missing, ask us before you buy.
Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
We prepare orders in Switzerland and ship them with Swiss Post or other trusted carriers. Prices and delivery times are on the delivery page.
