We ship your orders from Switzerland to every address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The delivery cost depends on the destination, the method chosen and sometimes the order value. You always see it before you pay.

When your order ships
We prepare orders on working days once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, the order is prepared when we receive the payment. Delivery times are estimates in working days from dispatch; they may be longer at busy times (Black Friday, Christmas) or for reasons beyond our control.
Carriers
We ship with Swiss Post (PostPac Economy or Priority) or another carrier. Depending on the carrier, delivery to a post office, a PickPost point or a My Post 24 terminal may be possible; these options are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order leaves the warehouse we email you the carrier’s name, the tracking number and a tracking link. You can check the status at any time in My account.
Delivery
- We deliver to the address given in the order. Make sure it is complete (street, number, postcode, town) and that your phone number is correct: the carrier may call you.
- If you are not in, the carrier usually leaves a collection notice or tries again. If the parcel comes back to our warehouse, we will contact you to resend it.
- Bulky products (large appliances, bikes) are delivered to the kerbside or building entrance unless stated otherwise.
When you receive the parcel
Check the packaging in front of the carrier. If you see knocks or damage, point it out to the carrier and write to us quickly with photos so we can claim from the carrier and sort it out fast.
Deliveries to the European Union
Deliveries to EU countries are possible only if they are offered at checkout. They are exports from Switzerland: on delivery, customs duties, import VAT of the destination country and the carrier’s clearance fees may be charged. These costs are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us.
